oh she's cute! She chose & wore this mixed up swim suit proudly! and what would a Tia outfit be without her pink gumboots? The balloon is from The Wiggles show she went to. I think she had a good time although she walked in the door after the show and asked to watch Dora. That's my Tia. love her :)
