Tutu cute :)

I made Tia a little tutu, so much fun! Here are some photos of her in our front garden where the camellias bloom beautifully in the Australian winters !

Kookaburra, Anzac biscuits (and antibiotics :)

Tia and Elijah had the chance to feed a Kookaburra who has begun hanging out in our front garden looking for a meal.

The two Littles helped make Anzac biscuits today (these are THE Australian cookie in the same way as Chocolate Chips are THE American cookie :) we had a great time. Matt has been keeping count and he is up to about 13 or more consumed so I think we were successful at making them for our first time!
(note the Beijing Olympics mascot McDonalds cups we got while in China, that were used to flatten the biscuits . . . didn't realize we were using those cups! they are so cute, wish we could have collected all 5 of them!)

It has been a long week with rain every single day AND our little Princess finally on antibiotics for some kind of infection causing her to be miserable, have some green gunk going on - and keeping us all awake :( hopefully we will all be feeling better soon!

A visit from Grandma

Grandma Cookie arrived Thursday for a 7 week visit! Tia was really happy to see Grandma - she definitely remembered her from China. It is great to see how much Tia enjoys having all this family - she is the youngest Grandchild on both sides so I'm sure she will maintain the title of "Princess of Quite A Lot".

The doctor called to say Tia's lungs look great, no tuberculosis! YEAH! Thank you to everyone for praying - God answered our prayers! Thank YOU Jesus :)
